Healthy Lunches, Week #4

Managed to continue through another week of pre-prepared lunches and watching my calories, but my exercising died down quite bit — partially because I was working a lot more and partly because it’s been so damn cold. It’s been hard for me to force myself outside to run. I did run 5k this morning though, so I guess that’s something.

Anyhow, I managed to make another batch of lunches for next week with just two changes:

1) No cucumbers (just because I had so much other stuff)
2) More eggs (just to try them)
3) Introduced some pork this time:

Two more days till the end of the month. Guess I should try to make the most out of them!
